It’s feeling like you’ve always belonged here on the Sound…and finding out you do.
Time and Mother Nature made Albemarle beautiful. Friends make it home.
Here, right-priced homes join priceless resort amenities, easy coastal living, a true natural sanctuary, and one of the largest private marinas on the east coast.
Is it resort living? Yes—our ‘everyday’ is what most folks would seek from a resort. But this is home. This is yours. It’s get togethers by the waterfront at Marina Park. It’s boating to nearby historic towns for a day of exploring. It’s darting to Norfolk with friends to shop, dine or catch a show. It’s the Yacht Club, volunteering, pickleball, art classes, and Sunday brunch at the Clubhouse.
It’s BIG things like having the home of your dreams and still living well within your means. It’s the little things, too, like strolling the boardwalk to Dockside Café for a really good sandwich.
Most of all, we’re a community of friends who love our incredible coastal home.
From a heron’s eye view, it’s breathtaking: vast carpets of green fairways meandering past woodlands and big water dotted with boats; roofs of classic coastal homes set along tall trees, tidy streets and colorful gardens.
From the front porch of your new, coastal Albemarle Plantation home, it’s pure magic.
