A group of 16 Albemarle Plantation residents participated in a culinary journey “around the world” at the College of the Albemarle’s Edenton-Chowan Campus. At the four sessions with Chef Leslie Lippincott, the enthusiastic learners chopped, diced, and created an amazing array of exotic dishes. The course began with Caribbean dishes, moved on to Spanish creations, then to French cooking, and ended with cuisine from India.
