We have recently introduced the most unique neighborhood in all of the Carolinas—at prices that are almost too good to be true.

 

Phase II of Belmont will feature 30 canal front homesites, each with its own dock suitable for kayaks, canoes or small electric watercraft. A system of man-made canals will meander through the neighborhood, all feeding into a large lake that will be the center of activity. Residents can visit their neighbors by boat instead of getting in their cars, and families can spend an afternoon at the lakeside pavilion, grilling a home-cooked meal, roasting marshmallows with the grandkids or fishing from the lakeside pier.
