Since the transfer of ownership was completed three weeks ago, we’ve been busy!  In that time, we’ve closed on two properties and received offers on five others.

The number of people visiting the Plantation has also dramatically improved. This past Sunday we had one scheduled tour, yet by the end of the day, there were 11 tours because of 10 walk-ins.

We’re encouraged that sales and prospect activity has been so positive, even as the country is experiencing an economic downturn.  We attribute that to all that our community has to offer, and to you, our residents.  We believe more people are visiting us and making offers because of your positive comments. We are so pleased to consider you all to be our partners in the effort to promote the community.
