It is obvious to us how valuable your assistance is to our sales success. The laws governing such things prevent us from paying you for closings, but we can provide you with a benefit nonetheless.

Starting July 25, 2009, we are re-instituting a referral rewards program. This initial trial will provide each resident who comes to the Sales Center and registers a new prospect who is not already in our database with $25 worth of “Plantation Bucks” per prospect, which will be applied as a credit to member purchase charges. You will see this credit applied to purchases on your monthly statement. (Please note that Plantation Bucks will not be applied to monthly club dues.)

This reward is not dependent on a sale or even a tour. It is simply our way of saying “thank you” for making the effort to tell others about our wonderful community.
