In response to your request, and now that the ownership transfer is complete, we have a new company policy regarding re-sales. We’ve joined the local MLS and now treat all properties for sale equally.  The early activity results bear this out.  In the past week, there has been one closing and four offers written—three of these are re-sales.

We’re now able to show the many prospects a much wider variety of lot and home offerings than before. This expanded inventory is having a very positive effect on the number of offers being made. Simply put, we now have virtually every kind of listing that would appeal to a buyer and more people are finding properties that meet their needs.
