Please mark your calendar.  The annual Fall Festival at Albemarle Plantation will be held on Saturday, October 17 from 10 AM until 5 PM.  We specifically chose this day to coincide with Docktails on Friday night and the annual Rotary concert on Saturday night.  Collectively, these events will showcase the exceptional quality of life here at Albemarle Plantation.

Fun Activities
We’ll be utilizing “The Edgewater House” as an indoor location in which clubs will display some information about themselves. This will be an opportunity for people to display their talents, recruit new members and expose visitors to the variety of activities that can be enjoyed. 

We’ll also be holding a series of fun events throughout the day including providing music and food for everyone to enjoy: 

• Kayaks/canoes
• Tennis
• Bocce
• Basketball
• Volleyball
• Radio Controlled Boats
• Golf skills
• Baking competition
• Classic car cruise-in

Plans for Growth
We will also be unveiling several new venues and will be releasing information about upcoming plans for growth of the amenities. The following amenities will be showcased: 

• Grand re-opening of Marina Park
• Grand re-opening of the Belmont neighborhood
• Introduction of the new Marina Café
• Introduction of major improvements to the Wellness Center grounds
