On behalf of all of the owners and staff of Albemarle Plantation, we would like to offer you our best wishes for the New Year!

The last six months at Albemarle Plantation have been eventful and productive.  While other communities are cutting back, Albemarle Plantation is growing and adding amenities.  These include:

• Creation of the new Marina Park
• Nearing completion of the new Marina Café, which will open in February
• Renovation of the pool house
• Construction of the Poolside Bar
• Updating the park area at the large pond by the sales center 
• Creating a new, attractive entrance to the Belmont neighborhood
• Creating a new, great dining experience at Albemarle Plantation, led by Chef Sean Taylor, John Prokuski and their staff 
• Construction of the Marina Pavilion
• Creating a great community space at the Garden Center 
• Addition of the kayak launching service and extended marina hours
