The Albemarle Plantation Property Owners Association is pleased to announce that it has entered into a contract with Waste Industries to take over the trash collection service for the Plantation.
No Golf Cart Parking in Front of the Handicap Entrance
Just a quick reminder. Please don’t park golf carts in the drop off area next to the handicap entrance. Carts can be parked out of the way on the driveway or in the grass as long as cars can get through.
It has now been five weeks since we closed on our acquisition of Albemarle Plantation and it has been extremely gratifying to hear the overwhelmingly positive response to the many small steps we have taken toward "Plantation Progress."
