Dan and Christie have been evaluating requests and suggestions made by the residents and are pleased to announce several Plantation Progress updates.
Since the transfer of ownership was completed three weeks ago, we’ve been busy! In that time, we’ve closed on two properties and received offers on five others.
The number of people visiting the Plantation has also dramatically improved. This past Sunday we had one scheduled tour, yet by the end of the day, there were 11 tours because of 10 walk-ins.
This is just a friendly reminder that overnight storage of boats, vehicles or trailers in the Marina Store parking lot is not allowed. It is unsightly and creates a potential safety issue.

Many residents reported that the surfacing on the bottom of the kiddie pool was rough and in need of repair.
