Landquest needs your ideas!
Several residents have asked us to develop programs and activities that will entice grandchildren (of all ages) to come visit. Summer’s almost over so there won’t be much we can accomplish before your grandchildren go back to school, but we can look forward to this fall and beyond.
On Friday July 31, we will be closing the hot tub for a few hours in the morning as we attempt to fix the lights and air jets. Quite a few residents have asked us to address this long standing problem so we brought in a pool repair firm to assess this situation last week.
The clubhouse will be closed for dinner on Saturday, July 25 for a wedding. As an accommodation, we will be grilling up hot dogs and hamburgers at the pool.
It is obvious to us how valuable your assistance is to our sales success. The laws governing such things prevent us from paying you for closings, but we can provide you with a benefit nonetheless.
Starting July 25, 2009, bait can be purchased at the Dockmaster building. We've installed a refrigerator/freezer in the storage area so both fresh and frozen bait will be available.
