No Golf Cart Parking in Front of the Handicap Entrance
Just a quick reminder. Please don’t park golf carts in the drop off area next to the handicap entrance. Carts can be parked out of the way on the driveway or in the grass as long as cars can get through.
It has now been five weeks since we closed on our acquisition of Albemarle Plantation and it has been extremely gratifying to hear the overwhelmingly positive response to the many small steps we have taken toward "Plantation Progress."

We are delighted to announce the launch of the new Albemarle Plantation website and Soundings blog!
The new and improved website is a hub for residents as well as those who want to learn more about life in our community. You’ll find lots of information about Albemarle Plantation, our amenities, as well as available properties. We’ll soon have resident contests (get your cameras ready!) and surveys.
You may have noticed some work going on along the banks of the pond behind the Sales Center this week. In response to suggestions from many homeowners, we are adding several features to this area which we hope will encourage use of this land as a park for our residents, their families and friends.
